This bundle is where I start working with clients! 90-MINUTE IN-DEPTH CONSULTATION: We'll dive deep into your current health status, health history, nutrition, exercise regimen, toxic load, medication and supplement usage, past traumas and more! We'll review any lab work you've had done in the past year, and after a full symptom assessment, functional lab suggestions are given (if deemed necessary). BIO-INDIVIDUALIZED PROTOCOL: A 60-minute follow up session, covering your custom wellness blueprint including a nutrition protocol, supplement regimen, lifestyle recommendations, detox protocols, physical activity recommendations and education resources. If labs were done, this session will include a comprehensive lab review as well. At the end of this session, we will schedule your one remaining follow up session, and options to move forward will be discussed. LIFETIME ACCESS TO THE WELLNESS VAULT: This is a gold mine of wellness resources (valued at $497 USD).
