Green Power Smoothie

 Try this deliciously sweet smoothie for a boost of energy and mood throughout your day!


Blend the following:

- 1 banana

- 1 cup kale (stemmed)  ~can also substitute with spinach~

- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

- 1 cup pineapple (chopped)

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes


** By adding coconut oil to your smoothies, you get a healthy fat boost and added energy. It also  increases nutrient absorption, so it'll help you get the most out of your smoothies ingredients! 


**By adding coconut flakes, your tricked into "chewing" your smoothie, triggering the body to release enzymes into your gut and stomach that help break down food more efficiently.
