1-Min Chocolate Fudge Mug Cake

Gluten, dairy, egg and refined-sugar free. You’re gonna wanna save and make this one!!!!


🍫 INGREDIENTS:

-1 tbsp coconut oil, room temp

-4 tbsp plant milk (I used full fat coconut)

-4 tbsp cassava flour (oat flour works too)

-1 tbsp pure maple syrup

-1 tsp cocoa powder

-1/4 tsp baking powder


☕️ MAKE IT:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add to prepared mug. Top with extra @hukitchen chocolate chunks and microwave for 50 seconds (1000w). Cook an extra 15 seconds or so if you like it a little fluffier.


Let cool for a minute or two, then add cold, thickened coconut milk to the top. I added coconut flakes too! ENJOY 🍫🤍
