With only beans, garlic, lemon and spices, this dip is delicious and easy to prepare. Great for dipping, or even as a sauce when cooking chicken or turkey!
-1 can white cannellini beans (use 2 cans for a thicker dip)
-1 lemon, juiced
-2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
-spices of choice (I used salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, dill, rosemary and chili flakes)
-2 tbsp warm water
-2 cloves garlic (optional)
EASY. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy!
*If you like a sweeter taste, you can add in 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
