Only a couple minutes of prep time gets you an amazing pesto to use so many different ways! Feel free to store this in a mason jar in your fridge for up to a couple weeks.
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
1/4 cup, plus 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 tbsp pink himalayan salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
