Kalamata Olive Hummus

Super simple and easy to make, this delicious Mediterranean-style hummus is sure to be a new favorite!


- 1 1⁄2 cups chickpeas

- 1⁄4 cup tahini - 2 garlic cloves - 1⁄4 cup lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon cayenne

- 4 tbsp olive oil

- 3⁄4 cup kalamata olives

- 2 tbsp capers - 1 small red pepper, diced

- 1 tsp ground cumin - 3 tbsp fresh parsley


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Add enough cold water to achieve a spreadable consistency. Top with extra olive oil and spices.

Serve with veggies or gluten free crackers!
