Oatmeal Cookie Energy Bites

These couldn’t be easier to make, and are seriously delicious. These will help satisfy those sugar cravings without leaving you bloated and hungry! I have a lot of different recipes for these, but this is one of my favorites 🍁



ALL YOU NEED:

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup pitted Medjool dates

1/4 cup shredded coconut

3/4 cup raisins

2 tbsp flax meal

1/3 cup nut butter (I used coconut almond butter 😋)

1 tbsp REAL maple syrup

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup raw almonds

1/4 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup walnuts

1 tsp sea salt


Instructions:

All you need to do is pulse all of the ingredients in a food processor until they’re well mixed and moist. The mixture should be sticky so you can roll them into balls without falling apart. If it’s too dry, add a little more nut butter. Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the balls, then roll it with your hands to make it smooth!


You can store these in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!! 🤩
