-1 organic zucchini, spiralized
-2 avocados, cubed
-1 cup fresh basil leaves
-3 garlic cloves
-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
-organic chicken breasts (optional)
1. Put avocado, basil, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor, blend until smooth
2. Coat zucchini noodles with avocado pesto sauce
3. Top with grilled chicken if desired. ENJOY!
