1– Simply make your pancake batter, then dip your chosen stuffing into the batter bowl using a fork…
Example: Slice strawberries into small coin-shaped discs, putting a dollop of hazelnut chocolate butter on the top. Place on a fork (one at a time) and submerge in batter, making sure to completely cover it. Let the batter drain off the fork as much as possible.
2– Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil or grass-fed butter in a pan and add your covered slices (nut butter side up) to the heated pan, cooking for 3 minutes, flipping for another 1-2 minutes until the batter turns golden brown.
🥞 ENJOY right away with some pure maple syrup, or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
