My go-to weekday lunch, packed with nutrients and clean ingredients!


What’s in it ⬇️

- mixed greens

- chopped radish

- hemp hearts

- frozen blueberries

- chopped cucumbers

- cherry tomatoes

- chopped avocado

- beans, lentils or chickpeas


Dressing ⬇️

- juice of one lemon

- salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
