Homemade Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade

Seriously, the most delicious teriyaki sauce I've had, and it's made in less than a few minutes with all clean ingredients! Definitely a "save for later" kind of recipe that will transform all of your asian cuisines and stir frys into delicious meals that you'll want to make again and again and again...

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp liquid aminos

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

- 3 tbsp homemade hoisin sauce

- 3 tbsp raw honey

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated or minced

- 1 tsp red chili flakes

- 1/4 cup vegetable broth (optional to make more sauce)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined. Use as a marinade or heat on the stovetop over low-medium heat until sauce starts to thicken, about 10 minutes.

  2. Add more vegetable broth to sauce if you want to make more, or if sauce becomes too thick.

Enjoy!

With love,

Brie
