Homemade Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade
Seriously, the most delicious teriyaki sauce I've had, and it's made in less than a few minutes with all clean ingredients! Definitely a "save for later" kind of recipe that will transform all of your asian cuisines and stir frys into delicious meals that you'll want to make again and again and again...
- 2 tbsp liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp homemade hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated or minced
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth (optional to make more sauce)
In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined. Use as a marinade or heat on the stovetop over low-medium heat until sauce starts to thicken, about 10 minutes.
Add more vegetable broth to sauce if you want to make more, or if sauce becomes too thick.
