Morning Matcha Smoothie

A delicious, nutritious and invigorating way to start your day. Get an energy boost without the jitters that come along with a cup of coffee!

All you need:

1/2 banana or avocado

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup of spinach or kale

2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water

*Optional: 3 tbsp white beans, drained, for an extra boost of protein
